I cut information on a few clearly KDE4-specific directories from the page when I moved it, but I'm not sure about cgi-bin/ (in the arch-specific list)--it isn't obviously KDE4, but doesn't exist on my system. The following directories that I do have are missing from the page, but I need someone to verify that they aren't Gentoo-isms:

*env/ (two startup shellscripts)
*etc/ (random menu files?)
*include/ (C++ header files)
*shutdown/ (one shell script)
*share/autostart/ (.desktop files of things to run on startup?)
*share/desktop-directories/ (grouping for menu or shortcuts?)
*share/emoticons/ (mostly from the kdeartwork-emoticons package)
*share/fonts/ (contains one empty file)
*share/locale/ (i18n stuff)
