  • [64d18b4e] konsole: fix sending of Alt key bytes and add correct encoding of the NUL byte (Ctrl+@)
    Alt + <key> is encoded as 0x1b + <key>. These two bytes were sent as two different write operations and as a result an application could receive the first byte (0x1b) in one read and the remaining one (<key>) in a second read operation. This could lead to wrong commands being executed by the app.
    Real case scenario: nvim + fzf plugin, with Alt+A to select all results. When the wrong read happened, the first byte was interpreted as ESC, de facto closing the fzf panel. The second byte was considered as an 'a' command, entering insert mode.
    Ctrl+@ is the NUL byte and should send the byte 00. Add this funtionality and get rid of an old unneed hack from the Qt2/early Qt3 times.
    KDE4 rewrote the logic in similar fashion.

    netwm.h includes Xlib headers, leaving the Bool macro defined before
    TQVariant::Bool is parsed. With XComposite disabled, the conditional
    fixx11h.h include is skipped and the taskmanager build fails.
    Include fixx11h.h unconditionally to avoid the Xlib macro conflict.

    Renamed to better aligned to KDE's Konsole code but use m_* convention for member names. No change in functionality.
